HAWL Leadership Academy

HAWL’s Leadership Academy is a multi-session professional development program for early-career attorneys who want to strengthen their self-advocacy, leverage their talents in current and future roles, explore leadership strategies and opportunities, and develop a personal and professional leadership plan.  Through a series of monthly modules, Leadership Academy members are given tools and networking opportunities intended to   intended to support their growth, expand their professional connections, and enhance their leadership capacity.  We are committed to a learning space that is respectful, candid, and supportive.

Now in its fifth year, the Leadership Academy has hosted dozens of attorneys and judges who remain active in our programming each year. Upon selection, members participate in a welcome reception, monthly modules, a service project, a mentorship event, and graduation.
